PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control system capable of mitigating a load of user operation for a vehicle's unlocking, opening operation, and activation of an engine as compared with the conventional system, while ensuring security of the vehicle.SOLUTION: An ECU 20 acquires collation information and position information using radio communication with a portable apparatus 3 and performs collation verification of the portable apparatus 3 and identification of the present position. When the collation verification of the portable apparatus 3 is successful and the present position of the portable apparatus 3 is within a predetermined unlocking permission region R3 around the vehicle, the ECU 20 executes unlocking control of making a door 10 of a vehicle 100 in a locked state and an unlocking inhibition state be into an unlocking permission state in which unlocking by predetermined unlocking operation is permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
