STEEL FRAME DECK BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel frame deck bridge that has no invisible part of concrete or the like in a main structure part to facilitate inspection, eliminates worrying about the fatigue damage of a steel deck rib welded part, enables a specific confined member to be replaced when damaged, and thereby can be repaired in a short term and at low cost.SOLUTION: A steel frame deck bridge includes: multiple iron main girders 2 installed in the bridge axial direction; an iron deck plate 3 placed so as to straddle adjacent main girders 2; and coupling means 4 having iron bolts and nuts, and bringing the overlapped ones into press-contact and coupled state. The steel frame deck bridge is characterized as follows: the main girder 2 has an upper flange Au21, a lower flange Ad22 and a web Aw23; the top surface of the upper flange Au21 is formed of the H-shape steel frame disposed in the position corresponding to the lower surface of the deck plate 3; a through-hole is formed in a portion where the deck plate 3 and the upper flange Au21 are overlapped with each other; and the coupling means 4 is configured such that the male screw part of the bolt is inserted into the through-hole and screwed in the male screw part with the nut pushed out from the through-hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主構造部にコンクリート等の不可視部がなく点検が容易で、鋼床版リブ溶接部の疲労損傷の心配もなく、損傷時には特定の狭い範囲の部材を交換可能とし短期かつ低コストで修復できる鉄骨床版橋を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】橋軸方向に設置された複数の鉄製の主桁2と、隣り合う主桁2に跨るように載置された鉄製のデッキプレート3と、鉄製のボルト及びナットとを有し互いに重ねられたものを圧接し連結状態にする連結手段4とを備え、主桁2は上側フランジAu21と、下側フランジAd22と、ウエブAw23とを有し上側フランジAu21の上面がデッキプレート3の下面に対応する位置に配置されているH形鉄骨によって形成され、デッキプレート3と上側フランジAu21とが互いに重なる部分には貫通孔が形成され、連結手段4はボルトの雄ネジ部が貫通孔に挿入され、ナットが貫通孔から突出した雄ネジ部に螺合された構成になっている。【選択図】図1
