JOINING STRUCTURE BETWEEN PILE HEAD AND ISOLATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure between a pile head and an isolation device in which the number of items of a precast member and a material necessary for mounting a precast member is suppressed, and a joining degree suitable as the isolation structure is achieved.SOLUTION: A joining structure is provided for joining between a pile head 1 and an isolation device 2 through a joining part 3 of a tie beam made by precast reinforced concrete. An anchor plate 31 to be joined with this isolation device is integrally provided on the top surface of the joining part of the tie beam made by this precast reinforced concrete. A cotter 32 to be joined with the tie beam 4 is molded in a concave shape on the side of the joining part of the tie beam made by this precast reinforced concrete. A recess 33 for cover the upper end of this pile head is molded on the bottom surface of the joining part of the tie beam made by this precast reinforced concrete. Shrinkage-compensating mortar 34 is further interposed between this pile head and the joining part of the tie beam made by this precast reinforced concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プレキャスト部材及びプレキャスト部材の載置に必要な資材の点数を抑制し、免震構造として好適な接合度合いを実現する杭頭部と免震装置との接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】杭頭部1と免震装置2とがプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート製つなぎ梁の接合部3を介して接合する構造であって、このプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート製つなぎ梁の接合部の上面には、この免震装置と接合するためのアンカープレート31が一体的に設けられており、このプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート製つなぎ梁の接合部の側面には、つなぎ梁4と接合するためのコッター32が凹状に成形されており、このプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート製つなぎ梁の接合部の底面には、この杭頭部の上端を覆うための凹部33が成形されており、この杭頭部とこのプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート製つなぎ梁の接合部との間には、さらに無収縮モルタル34が介在している。【選択図】図1
