【課題】国旗等の掲揚体に当てる空気を乱流状態にすることによって、国旗等の掲揚体を煽られるようにはためかせるのにふさわしい空気を供給できる掲揚塔を提供する。【解決手段】掲揚体６が掲揚される上端が封止された略円筒状のポール５０と、ポール５０の上方部に設けられた開口した空気吹出口と、空気を送風する送風手段を備えた掲揚塔において、空気吹出口に対応するポール５０の内部に螺旋状のスクリューと、スクリューをポール５０の軸方向について回転可能とする回転手段と、を備えることを特徴とする掲揚体６の掲揚塔１である。【選択図】図１
