PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conventional refuges and evacuation shelters that can respond only to limited disasters and accommodate only small number of people for a short duration even if people can evacuate.SOLUTION: An all disaster responsive underground shelter is a large shelter that has earthquake resistant, confidential and waterproof functions and is constructed in a tunnel underground in order to respond to composite large-scale disasters including large earthquake, large tsunami, large-scale typhoon, large tornado, great flood, volcano eruption, large fire, diffusion of radiation, cosmic ray radiation, meteorite fall, and big freeze. The shelter can accommodate a large number of people thanks to a method of connecting and extending units. The shelter has sufficient residential units and equipment units, enabling evacuees to live in the shelter for a long period of time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 従来の避難所や避難用シェルターは、限定的な災害しか対応できないもので、避難できた場合でも少人数で短期間の避難生活に対応する設備でしかないこと。【解決手段】全災害対応型地下シェルターは、大地震・大津波・大型台風・大竜巻・大洪水・火山噴火・大火災・放射能拡散・宇宙線飛来・隕石落下・大寒波等の複合的な大規模災害に対応するため、地中に掘られたトンネル内に耐震性と機密性と防水性の機能を備えた大型シェルターで、ユニットを連結・延長する工法により多人数の収容に対応できる。さらに、居住ユニットや設備ユニットが完備されているので長期間の避難生活に対応できる。【選択図】図2
