RAPID HARDENING FIBER GROUT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid hardening fiber grout composition capable of securing good flowability and sufficient usable life, and good in short time strength development under low temperature environment.SOLUTION: There is provided a rapid hardening fiber grout composition, containing cement, calcium aluminate, gypsum, a fine aggregate, alkali metal carbonate, a retardant a water reducing agent and a nylon fiber, with 3 to 15 pts.mass of the fine aggregate, 0.2 to 1.0 pts.mass of the alkali metal carbonate, 0.05 to 0.2 pts.mass of the retardant, 0.15 to 0.4 pts.mass of the water reducing agent, and 0.05 to 0.3 pts.mass of the nylon fiber, based on 100 pts.mass of a binder consisting of the cement, the calcium aluminate, and the gypsum. There is provided a rapid hardening fiber grout composition having content molar ratio of CaO and AlOin the calcium aluminate, of CaO/AlO=1.0 to 1.8, vitrification rate of 10% or more and fiber length of the nylon fiber of 3 to 15 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】良好な流動性ならびに充分な可使時間を確保出来、且つ低温環境下での短時間強度発現性が良好な速硬繊維グラウト組成物の提供。【解決手段】セメント、カルシウムアルミネート、石膏類、細骨材、アルカリ金属炭酸塩、遅延剤、減水剤及びナイロン繊維を含有するグラウト組成物であって、セメント、カルシウムアルミネート及び石膏類からなる結合材１００質量部に対して、細骨材３〜１５質量部、アルカリ金属炭酸塩０．２〜１．０質量部、遅延剤０．０５〜０．２質量部、減水剤０．１５〜０．４質量部及びナイロン繊維０．０５〜０．３質量部を含有する速硬繊維グラウト組成物。カルシウムアルミネートのＣａＯとＡｌ２Ｏ３の含有モル比がＣａＯ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３＝１．０〜１．８であり、且つガラス化率が１０％以上であり、ナイロン繊維の繊維長が３〜１５ｍｍである、速硬繊維グラウト組成物。【選択図】なし
