PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and assembly, and to reduce cost, by reducing the number of part items.SOLUTION: In a door roller having a case-like inside body 2 stored in an outside body 1 installed in a lower end part of a sliding door and opening an under surface, a wheel 3 vertically rotatably supported in the inside body 2 and projecting an outer peripheral edge part downward from the lower end of the outside body 1 and the inside body 2 and a vertical directional adjustment mechanism 4 for adjusting a height of the wheel 3 by vertically moving the wheel 3, the vertical directional adjustment mechanism 4 comprises a vertical directional adjustment screw 8, a slider 9 threadedly engaged with the vertical directional adjustment screw 8 so as to be nonrotatable and movable in the axial direction and forming a cam groove 9b inclined in the vertical direction on opposed both side surfaces and a pair of support arms 10 vertically movably supported by opposed both sidewall inner surfaces of the inside body 2, slidably fitting an upper end part to the cam groove 9b of the slider 9 and vertically rotatably supporting the wheel 3 by a lower end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】部品点数を削減できて構造及び組み立ての簡略化を図れると共に、コストの低減を図れるようにする。【解決手段】引戸の下端部に取り付けられる外側本体1内に収容され、下面が開放されたケース状の内側本体2と、内側本体2内に鉛直回転自在に支持され、外周縁部分が外側本体1及び内側本体2の下端から下方へ突出する車輪3と、車輪3を上下動させて車輪3の高さ調整を行う上下方向調整機構4とを備えた戸車であって、前記上下方向調整機構4は、上下方向調整用ネジ8と、上下方向調整用ネジ8に回転不能且つ軸線方向へ移動可能に螺合され、対向する両側面に上下方向へ傾斜するカム溝9bを形成したスライダ9と、内側本体2の対向する両側壁内面に上下動可能に支持され、上端部がスライダ9のカム溝9bに摺動自在に嵌合されると共に、下端部に車輪3が鉛直回転自在に支持された一対の支持アーム10とを備えている。【選択図】図5
