MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HANDRAIL AND HANDRAIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively and easily manufacturable handrail and a manufacturing method of the handrail.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a handrail 100 includes (a) a process of fitting an upper end of a lattice 120 in a lattice upper end fitting-in hole formed in a coping 110, (b) a process of fitting a lower end of the lattice 120 in a lattice lower end fitting-in hole formed in a lower chord member 130, (c) a process of fitting a column upper end claw part 140b of a column 140 in a column upper end fitting-in hole formed in a pair in the vicinity of both end parts of the coping 110 and fitting a lower chord member claw part 130b of the lower chord member 130 in a lower chord member fitting-in hole formed in the lower end part vicinity of the column 140 and (d) a process of fixing the upper end of the lattice 120 to the coping 110 by welding a coping-lattice joining part 112 in a predetermined range, fixing the lower end of the lattice 120 to the lower chord member 130 by welding the lower chord member-lattice joining part 134 in a predetermined range, fixing an upper end of the column 140 to the coping 110 by welding the coping-column joining part 114 in a predetermined range and fixing both ends of the lower chord member 130 to the column 140 by welding the column-lower chord member joining part 144 in a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで簡便に製造することのできる手摺及び手摺の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】手摺１００の製造方法は、（ａ）笠木１１０に形成された格子上端嵌め込み孔に格子１２０の上端を嵌め込む工程と、（ｂ）下弦材１３０に形成された格子下端嵌め込み孔に格子１２０の下端を嵌め込む工程と、（ｃ）笠木１１０の両端部近傍に一対形成された支柱上端嵌め込み孔に支柱１４０の支柱上端爪部１４０ｂを嵌め込むとともに、支柱１４０の下端部近傍に形成された下弦材嵌め込み孔に下弦材１３０の下弦材爪部１３０ｂを嵌め込む工程と、（ｄ）笠木−格子接合部１１２を所定範囲溶接して笠木１１０に格子１２０の上端を固定し、下弦材−格子接合部１３４を所定範囲溶接して下弦材１３０に格子１２０の下端を固定し、笠木−支柱接合部１１４を所定範囲溶接して笠木１１０に支柱１４０の上端を固定し、支柱−下弦材接合部１４４を所定範囲溶接して支柱１４０に下弦材１３０の両端を固定する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図１
