METHOD FOR REMOVING LAMINATED RUBBER TYPE SEISMIC ISOLATION BEARING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing a laminated rubber type seismic isolation bearing which can shorten working hours by speedily cooling the same.SOLUTION: A method for removing a laminated rubber type seismic isolation bearing comprises: a driving process to drive iron spikes 4 into a trunk 11 of a seismic isolation bearing 1 installed in a space between a building foundation 2 and a building skeleton 3; a cooling process to cause the seismic isolation bearing 1 to thermally contract by cooling the same and thereby creating a gap G between an upper face of the seismic isolation bearing 1 and the building skeleton 3; and a removing process to remove the thermally contracted seismic isolation bearing 1 from the gap. The cooling process cools rear edge sections of the iron spikes 4 which are exposed from the trunk 11 of the seismic isolation bearing 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】冷却を迅速に行うことにより作業時間の短縮できる積層ゴム型免震支承の撤去方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物基礎2と建物躯体3との間隙に設置された免震支承1の胴体11に鉄鋲4を打ち込む打設工程と、免震支承1を冷却して熱収縮させ、その免震支承1の上面と建物躯体3との間に隙間Gが設けられる状態にする冷却工程と、熱収縮させた免震支承1を間隙から取り出す撤去工程と、を備える。冷却工程では、免震支承1の胴体11から露出した鉄鋲4の後端部を冷却する。【選択図】図4
