FIXING STRUCTURE AND FIXING METHOD FOR WATERPROOF SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure and a fixing method for a waterproof sheet which improves cost or workability by eliminating the risk that a machine screw may be pushed up by sinking a heat insulation material even if a disc for fixture is fixed by the machine screw according to a heat insulation method although, in a waterproof structure for a roof floor of an architectural structure using the heat insulation material, the disc for fixture for fixing the waterproof sheet is disposed on the heat insulation material and fixed by the machine screw but there is a problem of sinking of the heat insulation material.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet fixing structure comprises: a heat insulation material that is disposed on a ground; a plug consisting of a cylindrical part that is embedded in the heat insulation material and a bevel part that is disposed on the heat insulation material; a disc for fixture that is disposed on the plug; a machine screw for fixture that is fixed to the ground while penetrating the plug through the disc for fixture; and a waterproof sheet being disposed on the heat insulation material and being fixed by the disc for fixture. The disc for fixture is supported by the bevel part of the plug.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断熱材を使用する建築物の屋上等の防水構造において、防水シートを固定するための固定用ディスクは断熱材の上に配置されビスで止め付けるが、断熱材の沈み込みという問題があった。そこで、断熱工法において固定用ディスクをビスで止め付けても、断熱材の沈み込みによるビスの突き上げの懸念がなく、コストや施工性に優れた防水シートの固定構造およびその固定方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】下地の上に配置された断熱材と、前記断熱材に埋設された筒状部と前記断熱材の上に配置されたかさ部とからなるプラグと、前記プラグの上に配置された固定用ディスクと、前記固定用ディスクの上から前記プラグを貫通された状態で前記下地に固定されている固定用ビスと、前記断熱材の上に配置され前記固定用ディスクにより固定された状態の防水シートとを備え、前記固定用ディスクが前記プラグの前記かさ部によって支持された防水シート固定構造。【選択図】 図１
