PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation roof and frame capable of improving design property and forming space for arrangement of an exhaust path, flashing material etc. at an end part at a building side.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation roof 1 comprises a sunshine panel frame 4 arranged on a base material 3 and a sunshine panel 5 fixed on the sunshine panel frame 4. The sunshine panel frame 4 comprises a frame main body 40 comprising a longitudinal frame 41 and a lateral frame 42, a building cover attachment part 622 which is arranged on an upper part at a building side of the longitudinal frame 41 and extends to the building side, and a building cover 623 which covers an end part at the building side of the frame main body 40 and being fixed on the building cover attachment part 622. The building cover 623 is constructed so that its attachment position may be adjusted in an extending direction of the building cover attachment part 622.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
