GROUT JOINING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground joining structure which is improved in a fall prevention effect of a grout material filled between an external periphery of a foundation plie and an internal peripheral face of a joining pipe.SOLUTION: In a grout joining structure, an upper end side of a foundation pile 3 is inserted into a pipe at a lower opening side of a joining pipe 4 which connects a lower end side of a tower for supporting a wind mill of ocean wind turbine generator equipment and an upper end side of the pipe-shaped foundation pile 3 which is driven into a sea bottom, and a grout material is filled between an external peripheral face 3A of the foundation pile 3 and an internal peripheral face 4A of the joining pipe 4 which oppose each other. The grout material is an underwater non-disjunction grout material which is mixed with short fibers (short-fiber mixed underwater non-disjunction mortar 6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】基礎杭の外周面と接合管の内周面との間に充填されたグラウト材の脱落抑制効果を向上させたグラウト接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】洋上風力発電設備の風車を支持するためのタワーの下端側と海底に打設された管状の基礎杭3の上端側とを接続するための接合管4の下端開口側の管内に基礎杭3の上端側が挿入されて、互いに向かい合う基礎杭3の外周面3Aと接合管4の内周面4Aとの間にグラウト材を充填して構成されたグラウト接合構造において、グラウト材が、短繊維を混入した水中不分離性グラウト材(短繊維混入水中不分離性モルタル6)であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
