CONCRETE COMPACTION EFFECTIVE RANGE EVALUATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete compaction effective range evaluation method which specifies the outside of a compaction effective range from a concrete compaction effective range by grasping an insertable/withdrawal range of a vibrator in advance prior to the arrangement of reinforcing bars by using a three-dimensional CAD figure, and can contribute to the review of a reinforcing bar arrangement schedule or the like upon necessity.SOLUTION: In a concrete compaction effective range evaluation method, a three-dimensional CAD figure A is created from a reinforcing bar arrangement figure by using a CAD system on a personal computer, an arrangement of a concrete vibrator is decided by laminating a plurality of pieces of vibration parts 1 to/from which a concrete vibrator can be inserted and withdrawn in a space between reinforcing bars in a plane view of the CAD figure A, and a range of the outside of the effective range 3 is specified by making a center of a compaction effective range circle 2 corresponding to a compaction capacity of the concrete vibrator coincide with and overlapped on a center of the vibration part 1 to/from which the concrete vibrator can be inserted and withdrawn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
