PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form supporter which is not bulky, is lightweight, facilitates component management by preventing joint deviation from being generated on a concrete installation joint, and is applicable to multiple form assembly methods and capable of efficiently implementing form assembly work.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a form supporter fixed to a screw shank protruding from a concrete face that is installed beforehand. The form supporter includes a center proximal end 10, a first support part 20 and a second support part 30. The center proximal end includes an insertion hole 11 in which the screw shank is inserted. The first support part and the second support part extend along the concrete face in a direction away from the center proximal end. The first support part 20 is separated from the concrete face for a clearance of such a dimension that a form plywood is held and supported. The second support part 30 is separated from the concrete face for a clearance of a dimension larger than thickness of the form plywood.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
