PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl flush tank capable of easily forming an overflow structure, and a toilet bowl washing device.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl flush tank 4 for reserving washing water, includes: a bottom 411; an outer wall 412 uprising from the periphery of the bottom 411; an outlet port 11 formed in the bottom 411; a valve seat 12 formed on the periphery of the outlet port 11; a flow pass 13 which is formed in the bottom 411 communicating with the outlet port 11; and a connection part 14 for overflow pipe having an opening to which an overflow pipe 46 is connected and communicates the flow pass 13. The outlet port 11, the valve seat 12, the flow pass 13 and the connection part 14 for overflow pipe are formed integrally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
