PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall unit capable of carrying out an installation work in a short period of time, and to provide a curtain wall installation structure, and an installation method of curtain wall.SOLUTION: A curtain wall unit 10 is a curtain wall unit which is installed to a building frame B, which includes: an inner skin 10B which is disposed along the building frame B; an outer skin 10A which is disposed to the outdoor side of the inner skin 10B being interposed by a gap; and coupling members 6, 7 for coupling the inner skin 10B and the outer skin 10A.
