PASSENGER INFORMATION ACQUISITION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger information acquisition system which estimates a seating position of a user who uses a vehicle and does not require a plurality of receivers to be installed therein for wireless communication with a portable terminal.SOLUTION: A vehicle portable machine 200 has a function to perform short-range communication with portable terminals 300, determines a user's terminal on the basis of a variation in received intensity of a signal transmitted from each portable terminal 300, and transmits a user information signal indicating the user's terminal to an on-vehicle machine 100. The on-vehicle machine 100 identifies a user who carries the vehicle portable machine 200 on the basis of the user information signal transmitted from the vehicle portable machine 200, also identifies a position of the vehicle portable machine 200 by receiving a response signal transmitted therefrom in response to a signal transmitted thereto, and determines a seat identified through the position of the vehicle portable machine as a seating position of the user who carries the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両を利用するユーザの着座位置を推定するシステムであって、携帯端末と無線通信を実施するための受信機を車両に複数配置する必要がない乗員情報取得システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両用携帯機200は、携帯端末300と近距離通信を実施する機能を備え、各携帯端末300から送信される信号の受信信号強度の変動量に基づいて、保持者端末を決定し、当該保持者端末を示す保持者情報信号を車載器100に送信する。車載器100は、車両用携帯機200から送信されてくる保持者情報信号に基づいて車両用携帯機200を保持しているユーザを特定する。また、車載器100は、車両用携帯機200に対して送信した信号に対する応答信号を受信することで携帯機位置を特定する。そして、携帯機位置から定まる座席を、携帯機保持者としてのユーザの着座位置をとみなす。【選択図】図1
