SCAFFOLD BRACKET FOR CURVED SURFACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scaffold bracket for curved surface having an excellent workability, economic property and safety, in which horizontal scaffold may be attached without welding fixation of a bracket attaching member, such as an angled piece, onto a curved roof plate or the like of a steel structure.SOLUTION: A scaffold bracket for curved surface is a scaffold bracket for a curved surface 4 formed with a hook 5 having a structure where it is inserted to be hooked into an insertion port arranged on an outer frame material which contacts to an outer surface of a curved roof plate of a steel structure and being temporally established, a horizontal material 8 and a diagonal material 9, in which the hook 5 comprises an attachment piece 6 arranged on a back part and a stopper 7 consisting of a flat plate on a pin 11 connecting part of the horizontal material 8. A rotatable clamp 10 is attached onto lower end part of the diagonal material 9 via a pin 13. It has a structure where the clamp 10 is fastened onto a flange of the outer frame material so as to be fixed onto the outer frame material. It comprises means for attaching a horizontal scaffold onto the outer surface of the curved roof plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】鋼構造物の曲面状の屋根板等にネコピース等のブラケット取付部材を溶接固定せずに、水平な足場を取付けることが可能な施工性、経済性および安全性に優れた曲面用足場ブラケットを提供する。【解決手段】曲面用足場ブラケットは、鋼構造物の曲面状の屋根板外面に当接して仮設した外枠材に設けた差込口に差し込んで掛止する構造のフック５と、水平材８と、斜材９とで形成した曲面用足場ブラケット４であって、前記フック５は背部に設けた取付ピース６と水平材８のピン１１連結部に平板からなるストッパー７を備え、前記斜材９の下端部にピン１３を介して回動自在なクランプ１０が取付けられ、該クランプ１０を外枠材のフランジに緊結して前記外枠材に固定される構造であり、曲面状の屋根板外面に水平な足場を取付ける手段を備えている。【選択図】図４
