METHOD FOR PRODUCING DISPERSANT FOR HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dispersant for a hydraulic composition which has excellent performance as a dispersant for a hydraulic composition and suppresses deterioration in a yield during the production in the production of a dispersant for a hydraulic composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a dispersant for a hydraulic composition which comprises the following steps (A) to (E) to be conducted in this order: (A) a reaction step of subjecting a monomer to polymerization reaction in a solution to obtain a dispersant for a hydraulic composition; (B) an aging step of further heating to proceed polymerization of unreacted monomers after the reaction step; (C) a cooling step of adjusting the temperature of a solution containing the dispersant for a hydraulic composition obtained in the aging step; (D) a neutralization step of neutralizing and adjusting the pH of a solution containing the dispersant for a hydraulic composition obtained in the cooling step; and (E) a dilution step of adjusting the concentration of a solution containing the dispersant for a hydraulic composition obtained in the neutralization step.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、水硬性組成物用分散剤の製造において、優れた水硬性組成物用分散剤としての性能を有し、且つ製造時における歩留まりの低下を抑えた、水硬性組成物用分散剤の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】下記(A)〜(E)で示される工程を、この順で行うことを特徴とする水硬性組成物用分散剤の製造方法。(A)溶液中で単量体を重合反応させ、水硬性組成物用分散剤を得る反応工程(B)前記反応工程後に、さらに加熱し、未反応の単量体の重合反応を進める熟成工程(C)前記熟成工程で得られた、水硬性組成物用分散剤を含む溶液の温度を調整する冷却工程(D)前記冷却工程で得られた、水硬性組成物用分散剤を含む溶液のpHを中和し調整する中和工程(E)前記中和工程で得られた、水硬性組成物用分散剤を含む溶液の濃度を調整する希釈工程【選択図】 なし
