【課題】低温域から高温域迄の広い温度範囲で温度検知可能で、耐熱性に優れた温度センサに使用する導電性酸化物焼結体の提供。【解決手段】カルシウム及びストロンチウムから選択される1種以上の元素をMとし、組成式LaaMbMncAldCreOfで表記されるペロブスカイト型結晶構造を有する結晶相を含み、前記a,b,c,d,e,fが、0.600≦a<1.000、0<b≦0.400、0≦c<0.150、0.500<d<0.950、0.050<e<0.500、0.50<e/(c+e)≦1.00、2.80≦f≦3.30、を満たし、好ましくは、0.700≦a<1.000、0<b≦0.300、0≦c<0.14、0.600≦d<0.950、0.050<e≦0.400、0.65<e/(c+e)≦1.00、2.80≦f≦3.30、を満たす導電性酸化物焼結体。【選択図】図4
