DEMOLISHING METHOD FOR MULTISTORIED ARCHITECTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolishing method for a multistoried architecture that has superior efficiency in lifting of heavy machines for demolition and other related equipment, and in-site movement and carrying-out of demolished bodies.SOLUTION: After a plurality of guide holes are formed vertically penetrating a peripheral edge of a one-span slab part encircled with beams constituting each story and an elevation guide is installed through the guide holes, a simple elevator driving body is fitted to each elevation guide to be elevated. Then work to elevate the simple elevator driving body to support a lower surface of a one-span slab part, work to disconnect the one-span slab part and the beams in the state to form a simple elevator opening part, and work to lowering the simple elevator driving body to carry the disconnected one-span slab part out are repeated in sequence from a lower story so as to open the simple elevator reaching a top story. Then the demolition work is carried out from the top story while the simple elevator is used to move machinery for demolition and also carry demolished bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】解体用重機やその他の関係機器の揚重や各階層間の移動、解体物の場内移動や搬出における効率が優れた多層建築物の解体工法の提供。【解決手段】各階層を構成する梁に囲まれた1スパンスラブ部の周縁に上下に貫通した複数のガイド用孔を形成し、ガイド用孔を通して昇降ガイドを設置した後、各昇降ガイドに簡易エレベータ用駆動体を昇降可能に取付け、簡易エレベータ用駆動体を上昇させ1スパンスラブ部の下面を支持させる作業と、その状態で1スパンスラブ部と梁とを切り離し簡易エレベータ用開口部を形成する作業と、簡易エレベータ用駆動体を下降させ切り離した1スパンスラブ部を搬出する作業とを下階層から順次繰り返し、最上階層にまで至る簡易エレベータを開通させ、しかる後、簡易エレベータを用いて解体用機材の移動及び解体物の搬出を行いつつ最上層より順次解体作業を行う。【選択図】図3
