PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement coupling member that inhibits an axial position gap of a reinforcement in a reinforcement coupling part, and a folding cage.SOLUTION: A reinforcement coupling member 1 for coupling first and second reinforcements 101 and 102 crossing each other includes a first holding part 3 for holding the first reinforcement 101, and a second holding part 5 that is coupled to the first holding part 3 to hold the second reinforcement 102 in the state of permitting rotation of the second reinforcement 102 around a reinforcement axis. The second holding part 5 has a protrusive streak part 15 for regulating movement of the second reinforcement 102 in the direction of the reinforcement axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
