NOISE REDUCTION TYPE PILE AND METHOD OF INSTALLING NOISE REDUCTION MATERIAL IN PLIE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction type pile allowing for effective reduction of radiation sound caused by vibration of a pile itself upon driving of the pile and echo sound in the pile, a method of installing a noise reduction material in the pile.SOLUTION: The method of installing a noise reduction material in a pile is provided in which a noise reduction material 16 comprised of: damping material for reducing radiation sound generated caused by vibration of a cylindrical pile body 12 itself; and sound absorbing material for reducing echo sound in the pile body 12 is installed inside the cylindrical pile body 12. In the method of installing the noise reduction material in the pile, sheet-shaped material 20 comprising the noise reduction material 16 is wound around the outside of a stick-shaped air bag 18 to form an insertion body 22, the formed insertion body 22 is inserted into the inside of the pile body 12, then the air bag 18 is charged with air to inflate the air bag 18, so that the noise reduction material 16 is attached onto inner surface 12a of the pile body 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】打設時の杭そのものの振動に伴う放射音と、杭内部の反響音を有効に低減することのできる騒音低減型杭および杭への騒音低減材の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】筒状の杭体12の内部に、杭体12そのものの振動に伴って発生する放射音を低減するための制振材と、杭体12の内部の反響音を低減するための吸音材とからなる騒音低減材16を設置する杭への騒音低減材の設置方法であって、棒状の空気袋18の外側に、騒音低減材16を有するシート状材料20を巻き付けて挿入体22を形成し、形成した挿入体22を杭体12の内部に挿入した後、空気袋18に空気を入れて空気袋18を膨張させることにより騒音低減材16を杭体12の内面12aに密着させるようにする。【選択図】図4
