PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift-off hinge in which a door side hinge member and a frame side hinge member of an upper/lower pair are respectively attached onto a door and a frame, respective of the center of upper/lower axis pipes may be smoothly, quickly, certainly adjusted to the center of corresponding upper/lower axes, and door equipping operation onto the frame may be usually easily made in an excellent working efficiency.SOLUTION: In a lift-off hinge 11, 21, 31, 41 comprising door side hinge members 12, 32 in which an axis pipe 15 having a predetermined length is formed on one side edge of a hinge plate 14 and a frame side hinge member 13, 33 in which an axis 18 having a predetermined length projects on an upper edge at one side of the hinge plate 17 so as to be inserted into the axis pipe 15, a guide port 16, 26 is formed by cutting on the axis pipe 15 so that tip of the axis 18 is fitted and the center thereof is guided into the axis pipe 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、上下一対のドア側蝶番部材とフレ−ム側蝶番部材をそれぞれ対応するドアおよびフレ−ムに取付けると共に、上下の軸管中心をそれぞれ対応する上下の軸の中心にスム−ズに、しかも、迅速かつ確実に合致せしめることができ、ひいては、常にフレ−ムに対するドアの装着作業を容易に、しかも作業能率よく行なうことができる、抜差し蝶番を提供するものである。【解決手段】蝶板１４の一側縁に所要長の軸管１５が形成されてなるドア側蝶番部材１２・３２と、上記軸管１５に挿入せしめるべく蝶板１７の一側上端に所要長の軸１８が突設されてなるフレーム側蝶番部材１３・３３とよりなる抜差し蝶番１１・２１・３１・４１において、上記軸管１５には軸１８の先部を嵌合せしめつつその中心を軸管１５内にガイドせしめるべくガイド口１６・２６が切欠き形成されている。【選択図】図１
