PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a mounting hole originally formed on a door of a storage as it is, and use a locking device originally formed on the storage.SOLUTION: A handle part 10 includes: a solenoid 15 for making a handle 11 be movable; reading means 194 for reading ID data when a digital key 70 having an IC tag 71 is mounted; a memory 193 for storing ID data on the digital key 70 whose unlocking is permitted; and a controller 19 for moving a handle lock 16 to a non-engaging position when the ID data read by the reading means 194 agrees with the ID data stored by the memory 193. A handle with a lock is additionally fitted using a mounting hole 3 of a door 2, which makes it possible to mount the handle with the lock on a currently used storage as it is.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】もともと保管庫の扉に形成されている取付孔をそのまま利用し、かつ、もともと保管庫に形成された施錠装置を利用すること。【解決手段】ハンドル部１０は、ハンドル１１を移動可能にさせるソレノイド１５と、ＩＣタグ７１を備えるデジタルキー７０が装着されたときに、ＩＤデータを読取る読取り手段１９４と、解錠が許可されたデジタルキー７０のＩＤデータを記憶するメモリ１９３と、読み取り手段１９４が読取ったＩＤデータが、メモリ１９３が記憶するＩＤデータと一致したとき、ハンドルロック１６を非係合位置に移動させるコントローラ１９と、を有する。また、扉２の取付孔３を用いて後付けするものであることにより、現在使用している保管庫にそのまま取り付けることができる。【選択図】 図２
