PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom plate fall prevention device for preventing a bottom plate of a deck plate from falling, when removing the bottom plate.SOLUTION: A bottom plate fall prevention device 10 is mounted inside a diamond core bit 30 cutting the bottom plate of a deck plate, and includes: a locking disk 20 locked on an inside upper end surface of the diamond core bit; a first hook 17 rotationally connected to the locking disk; a first spring 16 connected to the first hook 17; a second hook 15 connected to the end part of the first spring 16; a support 12 connected to the second hook 15; a mooring nail 11 set to the tip end part of the support 12 and rotationally set around an axis 12a orthogonal to the axis of the support 12; a second spring 13 set between the second hook 15 and the mooring nail 11; and a washer 18 set between the mooring nail 11 and the second spring 13, and having a recessed part 18a to which the tip end of the mooring nail 11 can be fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
