REPLACEMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement construction method of a concrete slab in which a new steel deck can quickly be installed when replacing an existing concrete slab to the new steel deck, and some accuracy error can also be absorbed, and thereby workability can be improved greatly.SOLUTION: A replacement construction method of a concrete slab is characterized in that, when replacing an existing concrete slab installed on an existing steel main girder into a new steel deck, the existing concrete slab is cut by the width equal to less than an upper flange width of the existing steel main girder and a portion of the concrete slab of the upper part of the steel main girder is made to remain, and a cross-girder installed in the lower surface of the new steel deck is aligned to the upper flange width of the existing steel main girder and installed at intervals intermittently, and further the cross-girder of the new steel deck and the upper flange of the existing steel main girder are joined by welding, and thereby the new steel deck and the existing steel main girder are integrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設のコンクリート床版を新設の鋼床版に取り替える際に、迅速に新設の鋼床版の設置が可能で、ある程度の精度誤差の吸収も可能であり、施工性を大幅に向上させることができるコンクリート床版の取替え工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設の鋼製主桁上に設置された既設のコンクリート床版を新設の鋼床版に取替える際に、既設のコンクリート床版を既設の鋼製主桁の上フランジ幅以下の幅で切断して鋼製主桁上部のコンクリート床板の一部残存させておくとともに、新設の鋼床版の下面に設置する横桁を既設の鋼製主桁の上フランジ幅に合わせ断続的に間隔を開けて設置し、新設の鋼床版の横桁と既設の鋼製主桁の上フランジとを溶接により接合することによって、新設の鋼床版と既設の鋼製主桁とを一体化することを特徴とするコンクリート床版の取替え工法。【選択図】図1
