SUSPENSION METAL FITTING OF SUSPENSION SCAFFOLD BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension metal fitting of a scaffold board used for constructing a suspension scaffold.SOLUTION: In a suspension scaffold board for constructing a suspension scaffold by suspending and holding a suspension metal fitting projected from a window hole (7) of a floor material by a cable (6) by vertically movably providing the suspension metal fitting (14) in a frame (5) composed of a circular pipe provided on the lower side of the floor material (2), the suspension metal fitting (14) is detachably constituted by fastening a fastening nut (18) to the insertion end of bolt parts by inserting the bolt parts (15c and 15c) provided in a leg part of a non-annular member (15) suspended by the cable into both end parts (16a and 16a) of a horizontal bar member (16), and the horizontal bar member (16) forms a flat receiving surface (20) for bringing the fastening nut (18) into pressure contact with both end parts in a surface contact state, and forms a circular arc support surface (21) of curving upward to the axis of at least the frame in an upper surface part of facing to the frame (5) of an intermediate part (16c) positioned between both end parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】吊り足場を構築するために使用する足場板の吊下げ金具を提供する。【解決手段】床材(2)の下側に設けられた円管から成るフレーム(5)に吊下げ金具(14)を上下動自在に設け、床材の窓孔(7)から突出させた吊下げ金具を索条(6)で吊持することにより、吊り足場を構築する吊り足場板において、前記吊下げ金具(14)は、索条で吊下げられる非環状部材(15)の脚部に設けたボルト部(15c,15c)を横バー部材(16)の両端部(16a,16a)に挿通させ、該ボルト部の挿出端に締結ナット(18)を締着することにより着脱自在に構成しており、前記横バー部材(16)は、前記両端部に前記締結ナット(18)を面接触状態で圧接させる平坦な受面(20)を形成し、該両端部の間に位置する中間部(16c)の前記フレーム(5)に臨む上面部に少なくとも該フレームの軸線に対して上向きに湾曲する円弧支持面(21)を形成している。【選択図】図8
