BUCKLING STIFFENER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckling stiffener which dispenses with much labor for assembly and execution of work and which makes a buckling load high.SOLUTION: A buckling stiffener 1 includes a core material 5, and stiffeners 6 that are provided in an opposed manner on both the sides of the core material 5. The stiffener 6 has both longitudinal ends connected to both ends of the core material 5 by welding. An eccentric compressive force acts on the stiffeners 6 on both the sides deviating from the core material 5 when a load is applied to both the longitudinal ends of the core material 5. This makes the buckling stiffener bending-deformable. Thus, its buckling load is higher than that of a simple body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】組み立てや施工に手間がかからず、しかも座屈荷重が高い。【解決手段】座屈補剛材1は、芯材5と、該芯材5の両側に対向して設けた補剛材6と、を備えている。補剛材6は長手方向の両端部が芯材5の両端部に溶接によって連結されている。芯材5の長手方向両端部に荷重がかかったときに芯材5からずれた両側の補剛材6に偏心圧縮力が働き、曲げ変形可能である。そのため、座屈荷重が単体のものより大きくなる。【選択図】図2
