METHOD FOR COLLECTING VOLCANIC ASH FALLING IN RAILWAY TRACK AND ITS DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a railway track with volcanic ashes deposited thereon with 300 meters per hour being the processing capacity of a level to be emergency response in a disaster, in the method and a device for sucking and collecting the volcanic ashes.SOLUTION: A method for processing a railway track with volcanic ashes deposited thereon comprises: a step of ejecting a jet from an upper part to diagonally downward toward a railroad subgrade 2 out of a blowing nozzle installed to a vehicle 5 capable of traveling on a railway track 2, blowing the volcanic ash under cover of the gap between the stone of the railroad subgrade 2 by the jet, sucking volcanic ashes 400 riding on the high speed flow generated in the jet from an adjacently disposed suction port 7 in a chamber 200, collecting the volcanic ashes 400 by one or multiple filter units 300 provided in the chamber 200, and collecting the volcanic ashes by using this device; and a package step of filling a predetermined amount in a flexible container 500. Volcanic ashes 502 are transferred to the other vehicle thereafter, and piston transport is enabled between a stacking yard and a collection site by a flexible container unit as the flexible container 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】火山灰を吸引し、収集する方法及びその装置では、災害時の緊急対応といえるレベルの処理能力である１時間３００メートルで火山灰が堆積した鉄道軌道を処理する方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道軌道２上を走行可能な車両５に設置される吹き飛ばしノズルから噴流を鉄道路床２に向けて上方から斜め下方へ噴出し、鉄道路床２の礫間の隙間に紛れる火山灰を前記噴流によって吹き飛ばし、噴流で生成される高速気流に乗る火山灰４００を、隣接配置される吸引口７からチャンバー２００内に吸引し、チャンバー２００内に設けられている一又は複数のフィルターユニット３００によって火山灰４００を捕集し、この装置を使用し捕集する段階に加えフレキシブル容器５００内に所定量充填するパッケージ段階を含み、火山灰５０２は、その後、別車両に積み替えられフレキシブル容器５００のまま集積ヤードと捕集現場をフレキシブル容器単位でピストン輸送可能とする。【選択図】図４
