PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cost to be reduced and a construction period to be shortened in a small bore steel pile construction method.SOLUTION: A hole drilling device according to this invention comprises: a guide cell, whose lower end in an extending direction is located above a ground surface at least when the guide cell is held in upright state where the extending direction is perpendicular to the ground surface; a drifter, which is installed on the guide cell and can move in the extending direction of the guide cell; and a centralizer, which is installed on the guide cell and can change relative position to the drifter by moving in the extending direction of the guide cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
