TUCK-DOWN PREVENTION DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuck-down prevention device for a vehicle which is excellent in operability while preventing the tuck-down of foreign matters.SOLUTION: A tuck-down prevention device for a vehicle comprises; a motor; an electrode arranged at an upper edge of a window pane; a capacitance detection circuit for detecting the capacitance of the electrode; and a motor control part for controlling the motor on the basis of the capacitance which is detected by the capacitance detection circuit. The tuck-down prevention device also comprises: a determination part which detects an approach of foreign matters to the electrode on the basis of a comparison of the capacitance and a first threshold Cth1, and detects the contact of the foreign matters with the electrode on the basis of a comparison of the capacitance and a second threshold Cth2; and the motor control part which controls the motor so that a window pane is ascended at a normal speed Vo until the capacitance exceeds the first threshold on the basis of a detection signal outputted from the determination part, an ascending speed of the window pane is decreased lower than the normal speed in a range in which the capacitance exceeds the first threshold, and does not exceeds the second threshold, and the window pane is descended when the capacitance exceeds the second threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】異物の挟み込みを防止しながら、操作性に優れた車両用挟み込み防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】モータと、窓ガラスの上縁に設けた電極と、電極の静電容量を検出する静電容量検出回路と、静電容量検出回路で検出された静電容量に基づいてモータを制御するモータ制御部とを備えた車両用挟み込み防止装置において、静電容量と第一の閾値Cth1との比較に基づいて電極への異物の近接を検出し、静電容量と第二の閾値Cth2との比較に基づいて電極への異物の接触を検出する判定部と、判定部から出力される検出信号に基づいて、静電容量が第一の閾値を超えるまで窓ガラスを通常速度Voで上昇させ、静電容量が第一の閾値を超えるとともに第二の閾値を超えない範囲では窓ガラスの上昇速度を通常速度より低下させ、静電容量が第二の閾値を超えたとき、窓ガラスを下降させるようにモータを制御する。【選択図】図2
