PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding device that can be used while changing temperature conditions at the time of bonding and members for sandwiching bonding targets with simple work.SOLUTION: A bonding device (10) includes: a housing (11) that forms an outer coat; a table (20) having a mounting face (221) where bonding targets (80, 90) are mounted and a heating part (23) that heats the mounting face; a moving mechanism (30) which moves the table such that at least a part of the table is placed in and out between an outer part and an inner part of the housing and also moves the table in upper and lower directions; a cushion member (40) which is flexible and provided above the table; a heat insulation member (50) which is higher in rigidity than that of the cushion member and provided between the cushion member and the table in a detachable manner with respect to the housing; and a holding mechanism (60) which holds the heat insulation member in a detachable manner with respect to the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡易な作業によって、接着時の温度状態や接着対象物を挟持する部材を切り替えて使用することができる接着装置を提供する。【解決手段】接着装置（１０）は、外殻を構成する筐体（１１）と、接着対象物（８０、９０）が載置される載置面（２２１）と載置面を加熱する加熱部（２３）を有するテーブル（２０）と、テーブルの少なくとも一部が筐体の外部と内部との間で出し入れされるようにテーブルを移動させ、かつ、テーブルを上下方向へ移動させる移動機構（３０）と、柔軟性を有しテーブルの上方に設けられたクッション部材（４０）と、クッション部材よりも高い剛性を有しクッション部材とテーブルとの間にあって筐体に着脱可能に設けられた断熱部材（５０）と、断熱部材を筐体に対して着脱可能に保持する保持機構（６０）と、を備える。【選択図】図２
