DOOR BODY AND FITTINGS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door body such that an edge material can be securely fitted without spoiling appearance quality.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a door body which has an accessory component 30 fitted to an aggregate 11 through an insertion opening 20A5 provided to an edge material 20. Engagement means of allowing the aggregate 11 and edge material 20 to move relatively to engage each other and thus stopping the edge material 20 from moving relative to the aggregate 11 in a leaving direction is constituted between the aggregate 11 and edge material 20. The accessory component 30 comprises a flange 32 which has such an outer shape to be inserted into the insertion opening 20A5 of the edge material 20, and also has a screw insertion hole 32a in the flange 32. The edge material 20 is provided, in a region where the screw insertion hole 32a of the flange 32 is covered in the insertion opening 20A5, with a held member 21 having a surface at a position hollowed from a surface of the edge material 20 by a distance corresponding to a plate thickness of the flange 32, and a fitting screw S is threadably engaged with the aggregate 11 through the screw insertion hole 32a of the flange 32 and the held member 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】外観品質を損なうことなくエッジ材を確実に取り付けられる扉体を提供する。【解決手段】エッジ材２０に設けた挿通開口２０Ａ５を介して骨材１１に付属部品３０を取り付けるようにした扉体であって、骨材１１及びエッジ材２０を相対移動させることにより互いに係合し、骨材１１に対するエッジ材２０の離隔方向への移動を阻止する係合手段を骨材１１とエッジ材２０との間に構成し、付属部品３０は、エッジ材２０の挿通開口２０Ａ５に挿入可能となる外形形状を有したフランジ３２を備えるとともに、フランジ３２にネジ挿通孔３２ａを有したものであり、エッジ材２０には、挿通開口２０Ａ５においてフランジ３２のネジ挿通孔３２ａを覆う部位に、エッジ材２０の表面からフランジ３２の板厚に相当する距離だけ窪んだ位置に表面を有した被挟持部材２１を設け、フランジ３２のネジ挿通孔３２ａ及び被挟持部材２１を介して骨材１１に取付ネジＳを螺合した。【選択図】図６
