MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLAMEPROOFING HONEYCOMB SCREEN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of flameproofing honeycomb screen capable of solving conventional problems that: a flame retardant added to a hot-melt adhesive in manufacturing process causes a reduction of adhesive strength; and bonding at a high temperature causes a color change of base material and reduction in creep strength.SOLUTION: In order to prevent the reduction of adhesive strength, the amount of the flame retardant is reduced as possible by utilizing synergy between halogen and phosphorus, and between phosphorus and nitrogen. The liquidity of molten resin is enhanced by adding plasticizer and lubricant, and the color change is reduced by bonding at a relatively low temperature. By means of bridging, the adhesive strength is enhanced, the creep strength is ensured, and the flame-retardant effect is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来、難燃化ハニカムスクリーンの製造において、ホットメルト接着剤に難燃剤を添加すると、接着強度の低下が起こる問題、また高温での接着により、基材に変色が生じる問題、さらにクリープ強度の低下の問題があった。【解決手段】ハロゲンとリン、リンと窒素の相乗効果により、難燃剤量をできる限り少なくし、接 着強度の減少を防いだ。また可塑剤、滑剤の添加により、溶融樹脂の流動性を高め、比較的低温で接着し変色を軽減し、架橋により、接着強度の向上、クリープ強度の低下防止、難燃効果の向上を図った。【選択図】 なし
