PIPE DEVICE FOR HEAT EXCHANGE, EXISTING PILE THAT CONTAINS PIPE FOR HEAT EXCHANGE, EMBEDDING METHOD OF PIPE FOR HEAT EXCHANGE USING EXISTING PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a work in which pipes for heat exchange are embedded underground while being connected together.SOLUTION: A reinforcement cage 30 to which pipes 10, 20 for heat exchange are fitted is provided inside a hollow part of an existing pile 1 (a). A work space is provided above a lower pile (existing pile) 1A, for holding an upper pile (existing pile) 1B (a), and a joint 42 is fitted to lower ends 13B, 22B of pipes 10B, 20B of the upper pile 1B (b). The pipes 10, 20 of the upper pile 1B are pulled out, and by the joint 42, by using the upper and lower piles 1B, 1A, the pipe 10A and the pipe 10B, and, the pipes 20A and 20B are connected for communication respectively (c). A reinforcement cage 30B is pulled out of the upper pile 1B, and an end part member 34B is made to abut with an end part member 33A of a reinforcement cage 30A of the lower pile 1A, for mutual connection (d). By a normal method, the upper pile 1A and the lower pile 1B are joined, and embedded together with the pipes 10A, 10B, 20A, 20B as a single pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
