REINFORCEMENT CONNECTOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement connector for dispensing with supply of a filler when connecting mutual reinforcements.SOLUTION: A reinforcement connector (10) includes a plurality of plate members (12) mutually arranged at an interval in the circumferential direction of a receiving space for regulating the cylindrical receiving space (22) for receiving end parts (R1 and R2) of two reinforcements R, extending in the axial direction of the receiving space, and capable of abutting on a peripheral surface of both end parts of the reinforcements, a cylindrical member (14) for surrounding the periphery of the plate members, that is, the cylindrical member deformable so as to contract a diameter by drawing in its axial direction, a ring member (16) installed in one end part (14a) of the cylindrical member and capable of abutting on one end part (28) of the plate members, a female screw member (18) installed in the other end part (14b) of the cylindrical member, and a hollow male screw member (20) threadedly engaged with the female screw member and capable of abutting on the other end part (30) of the plate members. The end parts of the two reinforcements can be respectively inserted into the receiving space regulated by the plurality of plate members via the ring member and the hollow male screw member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋相互の連結に際し充填材の供給を不要とする鉄筋連結装置を提供すること。【解決手段】鉄筋連結装置(10)は、2つの鉄筋Rの端部(R1,R2)を受け入れる円筒状の受入空間(22)を規定すべく受入空間の周方向に互いに間隔をおいて配置され受入空間の軸線方向へ伸びる、鉄筋の両端部の周面に当接可能の複数の板部材(12)と、板部材の周囲を取り巻く円筒状部材(14)であってその軸線方向へ延伸しかつ縮径するように変形可能である円筒状部材と、円筒状部材の一端部(14a)に取り付けられた、板部材の一端部(28)に当接可能であるリング部材(16)と、円筒状部材の他端部(14b)に取り付けられた雌ねじ部材(18)と、雌ねじ部材に螺合された、板部材の他端部(30)に当接可能である中空雄ねじ部材(20)とを含む。2つの鉄筋の端部は、それぞれ、リング部材及び中空雄ねじ部材を通して、複数の板部材が規定する受入空間に挿入可能である。【選択図】図1
