CEILING MATERIAL CONSTRUCTION JOINT MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling material construction joint material for easily inserting a sound absorptive lightweight ceiling material, strongly holdable, without unsewing out the peripheral edge of the ceiling material even when repeatedly inserted.SOLUTION: A vinyl chloride resin joint material is constituted of a vinyl chloride resin long size horizontal width plate 11 horizontally supported to a ceiling construction backing, a vinyl chloride resin long size web plate 12 of vertically projecting downward from a bottom reverse surface of its horizontal width plate, a vinyl chloride resin long size lower side flange plate 14 juxtaposed in parallel to the horizontal width plate 11 by horizontally projecting from the lower edge of its web plate and a vinyl chloride resin long size intermediate flange plate 15 of projecting in the horizontal direction by opposing to the lower side flange plate 14 between its lower side flange plate 14 and the horizontal width plate 11. An insertion horizontal groove 24 for inserting a peripheral edge 26 of a ceiling material 25 is formed between the intermediate flange plate 15 and the lower side flange plate 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】吸音性軽量天井材を差し込みやすく、強固に保持し、繰り返して差し込んでも天井材の周縁が綻び出さない天井材施工目地材を提供する。【解決手段】天井施工下地に対して水平に支持される塩化ビニル樹脂製長尺水平幅板11と、その水平幅板の底裏面から下方に鉛直に突き出た塩化ビニル樹脂製長尺ウエブ板12と、そのウエブ板の下端縁から水平に突き出て水平幅板11に平行に並んだ塩化ビニル樹脂製長尺下側フランジ板14と、その下側フランジ板14と水平幅板11の間において下側フランジ板14に向き合って水平方向に突き出た塩化ビニル樹脂製長尺中間フランジ板15とによって塩化ビニル樹脂製目地材を構成する。天井材25の周縁26を差し込む差込横溝24は、中間フランジ板15と下側フランジ板14の間に形成する。【選択図】図2
