CHEMICAL INJECTION SYSTEM AND CHEMICAL INJECTION METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection system which can solidify and improve the whole ground of a ground improvement plan range by solidifying the ground of the ground improvement plan range which is not solidified with a mixed chemical of an A chemical and a B chemical; and a chemical injection method using the same.SOLUTION: When an injection effect confirmation detection body 6 detects that an immersion value of a mixed chemical of an A chemical and a B chemical into the ground is not within a predetermined reference value, the amount of supplying the A chemical in an A liquid storage tank and the B chemical in a B liquid storage tank to chemical injection pipes 1 around the injection effect confirmation detection body at low pressure is increased. Therefore, the ground in a ground improvement plan range 13 which is not solidified can be solidified by the mixed chemical of the A chemical and the B chemical and the whole ground of the ground improvement plan range 13 can be solidified and improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】固化してない地盤改良計画範囲の地盤をA薬液とB薬液の混合薬液により固化させることにより、地盤改良計画範囲の地盤全般を固化改良させることができる薬液注入システムおよびそれを用いた薬液注入工法を提供する。【解決手段】A薬液とB薬液の混合薬液の地盤内への浸入値が所定の基準値内でないと検出された注入効果確認検出体6周辺の薬液注入管1にA液貯留タンク内のA薬液およびB液貯留タンク内のB薬液を低圧で送り込む量を増大させるので、固化してない地盤改良計画範囲13の地盤をA薬液とB薬液の混合薬液により固化させることができ、地盤改良計画範囲13全体の地盤を固化改良させることができる。【選択図】図3
