PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve aseismic performance of a corner part of a precast concrete panel by rationally increasing rigidity thereof.SOLUTION: A precast concrete panel P' constituting a building frame includes a main reinforcement 4 which is built in an outer peripheral part 3 and which assumes a go-around shape, and a reinforcing material 5 which is built in a corner part 1a of a panel bottom 1 to inhibit outward deformation of a vertical part 4a of the main reinforcement 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
