LAMINATED SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FOAM WALL PAPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which can obtain foam wall paper having a pattern portion having good appearance on a foam resin layer formed at a sufficient expansion ratio and can sufficiently keep the appearance of the pattern portion even when further embossed; and to provide a method for producing foam wall paper using the laminated sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminated sheet which has a base material, a resin layer containing a thermoplastic resin that is provided on the base material and has a melting point of 70-120°C and a foaming agent, and a pattern portion that is provided on the resin layer and constitutes a picture pattern, where the pattern portion contains a binder resin having Tg of 50-100°C and 10-15 mass% of a foaming suppressing agent based on the whole amount of the pattern portion; and a method for producing foam wall paper using the laminated sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】十分な発泡倍率で形成された発泡樹脂層上に良好な外観を有する絵柄部を備える発泡壁紙を得ることができ、エンボス加工が更に施される場合であっても絵柄部の外観を十分維持することができる積層シート、及び当該積層シートを用いた発泡壁紙の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明においては、基材と、該基材上に設けられた、融点が７０〜１２０℃である熱可塑性樹脂及び発泡剤を含む樹脂層と、該樹脂層上に設けられた、絵柄模様を構成する絵柄部と、を備え、前記絵柄部が、５０〜１００℃のＴｇを有するバインダー樹脂と、絵柄部全量基準で１０〜１５質量％の発泡抑制剤と、を含有する、積層シート、及び当該積層シートを用いた発泡壁紙の製造方法を提供する。【選択図】なし
