PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Portland cement quick setting admixture slurry for wet spraying material, excellent in strength development property and long in working life.SOLUTION: There is provided a Portland cement quick setting admixture slurry for construction by dispersing a Portland cement in water, which is used for wet spraying construction of a castable refractory containing alumina cement, a hydration curing retarder is added to the slurry and for example boric acid and/or polycarboxylic acid soda are preferable as the hydration curing retarder. There is provided a wet spraying construction method including adding water to the castable refractory containing the alumina cement, mixing them to prepare a slurry, and conducting a construction while adding the Portland cement quick setting retarder slurry to the slurry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
