PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant resin composition that has excellent fire retardancy and is also excellent in expansion efficiency.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant resin composition comprises a matrix component comprising a resin, an elastomer, a rubber, or a combination of them, thermally expandable graphite, and an inorganic filler. The fire-resistant resin composition comprises a zinc compound by 0.5-10 pts.wt. relative to the thermally expandable graphite of 100 pts.wt. on a metal basis, and/or a manganese compound by more than 0 pts.wt. and 0.5 pts.wt. or less relative to the thermally expandable graphite of 100 pts.wt. on a metal basis.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】難燃性に優れ、かつ、膨張効率に優れる耐火性樹脂組成物の提供。【解決手段】耐火性樹脂組成物は、樹脂、エラストマー、ゴム、またはこれらの組み合わせであるマトリックス成分と、熱膨張性黒鉛及び無機充填材を含む耐火性樹脂組成物において、亜鉛化合物を、金属量として、熱膨張性黒鉛100重量部に対して0.5〜10重量部、及び/または、マンガン化合物を、金属量として、熱膨張性黒鉛100重量部に対して0重量部超、0.5重量部以下含むことを特徴とする耐火性樹脂組成物である。【選択図】なし
