PAINTING BODY AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painting body which can reduce a coating material and a coating thickness so as to lessen the weight for coating; and a method for constructing the same.SOLUTION: A painting body (10) formed of coating materials with several colors comprises a sea-like layer (4), island-like parts (2, 5) and a hemming layer (3) with a hue different from those of the island-like parts and the sea-like layer around the island-like parts (2, 5). At least one part of the sea-like layer (4), the island-like parts (2, 5), and the hemming layer (3) is a polishing part, and the whole painted surface is covered by a transparent top coat layer (6). In a method for constructing the painting body, a sheath material is sprayed in a lumpy shape on a wall surface or a base material (1) to be coated, and is dried and is formed into an island-like part (2). A coating material which is a hemming layer (3) is sprayed on the whole area of the painted surface and is dried. On the whole surface, a coating material which is a sea-like layer (4) is sprayed, dried and is polished and flattened to expose the island-like parts (2, 5). A transparent top coat material (6) is applied to the whole surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】塗布材料を少なくし、塗装厚みを薄くし、塗装重量を軽くした塗装体及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数色の塗装材で形成された塗装体(10)であって、海状層(4)と、島状部(2,5)と、島状部(2,5)の周囲には島状部及び海状層とは異なる色調の縁取り層(3)を含み、海状層(4)、島状部(2,5)及び縁取り層(3)の少なくとも一部は研摩部であり、塗装面全体は透明なトップコート層(6)で覆われている。施工方法は、壁面又は基材(1)に外装材を玉吹き塗装して乾燥し島状部(2)とし、その表面に縁取り層(3)となる塗装材を全面に吹き付けて乾燥し、その表面に海状層(4)となる塗装材を全面に吹き付けて乾燥し、島状部(2,5)が露出するまで平らに研摩し、透明なトップコート材(6)を表面全体に塗布する。【選択図】図１
