FLOOR SLAB INSPECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor slab inspection device that can effectively prevent falling by a relatively simple structure, can be operated by less time and labor, can prevent traveling incapability, can inspect a relatively wide range of a floor slab, and is reduced in a risk when in use.SOLUTION: A floor slab inspection device 1 includes a rod member 2, two wheels 3 provided in the vicinity of one end of the rod member 2, a magnet 4 provided in one end of the rod member 2, a motor 5 for driving the wheels 3, a supporting part 11 provided in the other end of the rod member 2, an operation input part 12 for receiving an input to instruct the motion of the wheels 3, and a camera 6 disposed in the vicinity of one end of the rod member 2. The magnetic force of a magnet 4 acts on the ferromagnetic member of the floor slab, and the wheels 3 come in contact with a running surface S of the surface of the ferromagnetic member. An inspector positioned on the bottom plate of a box girder of a steel floor slab presses down a forward button of the operation input part 12, and then the wheels 3 rotate and the floor slab inspection device 1 runs. The inspector follows the floor slab inspection device 1 while gripping the supporting part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】比較的簡易な構造により、効果的に落下を防止でき、少ない手間により運用でき、走行不能を防止でき、床版の比較的広い範囲を点検でき、使用時の危険性が少ない床版点検装置を提供する。【解決手段】床版点検装置1は、棒部材2と、棒部材2の一端の近傍に設けられた2つの車輪3と、棒部材2の一端に設けられた磁石4と、車輪3を駆動するモータ5と、棒部材2の他端に設けられた支持部11と、車輪3の動作を指令する入力を受ける操作入力部12と、棒部材2の一端の近傍に配置されたカメラ6を備える。床版の強磁性部材に磁石4の磁力が作用し、強磁性部材の表面の走行面Sに車輪3が接触する。鋼床版の箱桁の底板上に位置する点検員が、操作入力部12の前進ボタンを押下すると、車輪3が回転して床版点検装置1が走行する。点検員は、支持部11を把持した状態で床版点検装置1に追従する。【選択図】図1
