ROOFTOP INSTALLING METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance strength by effectively dispersing a load, while enabling miniaturization for reducing a height.SOLUTION: A rooftop installing metal fitting fixed to a roof and fixing an installation object such as a roof board and a solar battery panel, comprises a support body 12 provided so as to straddle a seam part of the roof and a sandwiching body 13 put on the support body 12. The support body 12 is formed with a pair of leg parts 21 and 22 opposed by sandwiching the seam part and a connection part 23 for connecting these upper parts. The sandwiching body 13 is formed with a fixing side sandwiching piece 33 for applying the tip to one side of the seam part by receiving and engaging the lower end of one leg part 21, a receiving part 31 for supporting the installation object, a movable part 34 rotatably deformed toward the other leg part 22 and a movable side sandwiching piece 35 formed on the lower end of the movable part 34 and applying the tip to the other side of the seam part by rotation of the movable part 34. The movable part 34 is formed with a loose hole 34a for inserting a fastening bolt 14, and the other leg part 22 is formed with a screw hole 22a for threadedly engaging the fastening bolt 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高さを低くする小型化を可能としつつ、荷重を効果的に分散して強度を高められるようにする。【解決手段】屋根に固定され、屋根板や太陽電池パネルなどの取り付け物を固定する屋根上取り付け金具において、屋根の馳部を跨ぐように設けられる支持体12と、支持体12に被さる挟持体13を備える。支持体12に、馳部を挟んで対峙する一対の脚部21,22と、これらの上部を連結する連結部23を形成する。挟持体13に、一方の脚部21の下端を受けるとともに係合して先端を馳部の一方側に当てる固定側挟持片33と、取り付け物を支える受け部31と、他方の脚部22に向けて回動変形する可動部34と、可動部34の下端に形成され可動部34の回動で先端を馳部の他方側に当てる可動側挟持片35を形成する。そして可動部34に締結ボルト14を挿通するルーズホール34aを形成し、他方の脚部22に締結ボルト14が螺合するねじ穴22aを形成する。【選択図】図1
