FLOOR DECORATION SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor decoration sheet which is excellent in skid-proof performance while maintaining a surface physical property (for example, scratch resistance, weather resistance or the like), and a floor decoration material, in the floor decoration sheet which is large in an irregular shape (for example, having a relief tone wood pattern).SOLUTION: A floor decoration sheet has at least a transparent resin layer 5, a first surface protection layer 7 and a second surface protection layer 9 on a base material sheet 2 in this order, and the second surface protection layer 9 is the uppermost surface layer. (1) An irregular pattern is formed on a surface of the floor decoration sheet, (2) the irregular pattern has a relief tone wood pattern which reaches the transparent resin layer 5 at the deepest part, and (3) the second surface protection layer 9 includes particulates, and protrusions which are formed of the particulates are formed on a front surface of the layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】凹凸形状が大きい（例えば、浮造り調木目を備える）床用化粧シートにおいて、表面物性（例えば耐傷性及び耐候性等）を維持しつつ、防滑性に優れた床用化粧シート及び床用化粧材を提供する。【解決手段】基材シート２上に、少なくとも透明性樹脂層５、第１表面保護層７及び第２表面保護層９を順に有し、第２表面保護層９が最表面層である床用化粧シートであって、（１）床用化粧シートの表面に、凹凸模様が形成されており、（２）凹凸模様は、最深部が透明性樹脂層５に達する浮造り調木目であり、（３）第２表面保護層９は粒子を含み、層のおもて面には粒子により形成される凸部を備える。【選択図】図１
