VERTICAL STIFFENER WELDER FOR BRIDGE GIRDER AND WELDING METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical stiffener welder with the intake of automatic travel used for welding a web material with a vertical stiffener used to reinforce a bridge plate girder consisting of the web material and a flange material, and a welding method using the same.SOLUTION: A vertical stiffener welder for a bridge plate girder 10, which is an apparatus for the horizontal fillet weld of a web material 101 with a vertical stiffener 104 provided for reinforcement in a bridge plate girder 100 having the web material 101, a first flange material 102, and a second flange material 103, has a main frame 20 capable of moving over the end face of the first flange material 102, an auxiliary frame 30 capable of moving over the end face of the second flange material 103, a travel frame 40 horizontally suspended by the first flange material 102 and the second flange material 103, and a weld head 50 provided with a pair of weld torches 51 at a lower end suspended from the travel rail 40 to be capable of automatically traveling in the longitudinal direction of the travel rail 40 and vertically moving.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
