FORWARD/REVERSE SWITCHING HAND PUMP FOR VIBRATION COMPACTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forward/reverse switching hand pump for a vibration compaction machine that can be constituted by a small number of parts, and can reduce a burden to an operator and improve operation following capability.SOLUTION: A forward/reverse switching hand pump for a vibration compaction machine has a cylinder 3, a drive piston 5 inserted into the inside of the cylinder 3, and an oil tank 4 formed in the rear side of the drive piston 5. The drive piston 5 is constituted of an outer cylindrical part 51 coming into sliding contact with an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder 3, and an interpolation part 52 disposed inside the outer cylindrical part 51. A flow passage 53 for bringing a hydraulic hose side into communication with the oil tank 4 side of the cylinder 3 and a check valve for opening and closing this are formed in the drive piston 5. The check valve is constituted of a valve body of the oil tank 4 side and a valve seat of the hydraulic hose side, and the valve body of the oil tank 4 side is pressed to the valve seat of the hydraulic hose side, and thereby the valve is always biased to the closed direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】少ない部品点数で構成することができ、操作者への負担を軽減し、操作追従性を向上させることができる振動締固め機用前後進切換ハンドポンプを提供する。【解決手段】シリンダ3と、シリンダ3の内部に挿入された駆動ピストン5と、駆動ピストン5の後方側に形成されたオイルタンク4とを有し、駆動ピストン5は、シリンダ3の内周面と摺接する外筒部51と、外筒部51の内側に配置された内挿部52とによって構成され、駆動ピストン5内に、シリンダ3の油圧ホース側とオイルタンク4側とを連通させる流通路53、及び、これを開閉するチェック弁が形成され、チェック弁は、オイルタンク4側の弁体と、油圧ホース側の弁座とによって構成され、オイルタンク4側の弁体が油圧ホース側の弁座に押し付けられて、弁が閉じる方向へ常時付勢されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
