PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rise building that enables securement of a parking space while improving workability and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: A high-rise building comprises a core part 1 and an outer peripheral part 2. A plurality of tower parking lots 15 and 16 are juxtaposed within a main frame surrounding region, which assumes a rectangular shape in a plan view, of the outer peripheral part 2 that is surrounded with a pair of adjacent corner columns 4, an inside girder 6, a pair of adjacent outside main columns 8, an outside girder 10 and a pair of adjacent connecting girders 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
